When I first thought of her, I never intended her to be a "persona" at all. I usually choose preexisting OCs based on the traits I have given them. I usually don't try to consciously create personas. I chose her because of her association with fan stuff.
I was a huge fan of the anime when I was a child, but I gave up on it due to the constant changes in schedules. Now I’m just casually interested in that show.
